Personally, I feel it'd be a gamble to expect ANY current interface to operate to it's full potential under the Vista OS. Labeling my post as false is false in itself. Latency issues would be my first concern, with audio glitches being a close second.
Sorry, but Vista is more than 10 years post development and could hardly make benefit of the processing power available in today's PC firmware designs.
